Comments: An improvement from December's efforts, to be expected really. Still not running quite enough. You'll see just a hint of strength making it's way in. To be honest I don't love strength, but it's something that needs to be added to my weekly routine.

    I use Calorieking.com.au
    It's a site I found about two years ago (when I was over 100kg... eek) and the food diary is fantastic. It's got an Aussie database, and I actually even downloaded their software and use it offline most days now... create recipes, the works.

    If you haven't seen it, should check it out. The website is free to join, and I started blogging there before I moved into the outside world and into triathlon, lol. The forums are addictive though, so be careful! Such an awesome site.
